[How to commission]
*rule*
・The created works will be minted and transferred to the OpenSea collection.
・Production communication is only one round trip between “making a request (purchase)” and “receiving the work via email.”
(There is no other interaction)
・Simply write down the content you want to create in the main text and the purpose for which it will be used.
・We will not accept retakes via DM or email.
・We do not set any unique rules other than those listed.
・My signature will be included
・R-rated and grotesque items are not allowed.
・The creator (I) will decide the completeness of the work independently.
・Customers cannot object to the completeness of the work.
・Delivery deadline is 3 days to 1 week for square type
・It is not possible to specify the delivery date or date and time.
- Files that can be delivered is PNG.

*About copyright*
・I will freely post my creations personally on my SNS, created magazines, collections of works, and other services.
・Owners can only use it as a profile image, for personal viewing, and to the extent that both parties (me and the customer) agree to the content stated in the body of the request.
・The rights to the work belong to me, the creator, but the creator also bears all responsibility.
・Please be sure to consult with me fanart works as they are subject to copyright.

*About sales*
・NFT can be resold (ownership will be transferred to the customer)
・However, it cannot be reproduced or sold (copyright belongs to the author)
・Please be sure to refer to and follow the guidelines.

* Request flow*
・The customer carefully reads the profile and request summary and submits the request.
・Customer makes payment (adds to cart and purchases)
・I will start producing the work.
・After production is complete, the work will be sent to the email address you entered at the time of purchase, so please be sure to enter the correct email address.

*About the refund system*
・If the delivery deadline (3 days) passes without asking, the requester will be able to issue a refund.
We will refund the money to your bank account.

* Scope of use of delivered goods *
・The owner (customer) can only use it as a profile image or for personal viewing.
・Can be used only to the extent that both parties (me and the customer) agree to the content stated in the body of the request.
・Works have copyright and ownership rights. The copyright remains with me forever. Ownership will be transferred.

【コミッションのやり方】
＊ルール＊
・制作した作品はOpenSeaのコレクションにMintしたのちトランスファーします。
・制作のやり取りは「リクエスト（購入）をする」「メールで作品を受け取る」の1往復のみです
（その他のやり取りは一切ありません）
・本文に作成して欲しい内容や利用する用途を箇条書きにするだけです
・DMやメールでのリテイクは行いません
・記載以外の独自ルールは設けません
・R指定・グロテスクものは不可
・私のサインが入ります
・作品の完成度は制作者（私）が独自に決定いたします
・お客様は作品の完成度に異議を申し立てることができません
・納品期限は、スクエアタイプの場合3日〜1週間です
・納品日の指定、また日時を指定することはできません
・納品可能なファイルはPNGデータです。

＊著作権について＊
・制作物は私のSNS、個人作成の雑誌や作品集、その他サービスに自由に掲載させていただきます
・作品の保有者は、リクエストの本文に記載された内容で両者(私とお客様)が同意した範囲に限って利用できます
（プロフィール画像への使用や個人鑑賞など）
・作品の権利は制作者の私に帰属しますが、一切の責任もまた制作者の私が負います
・二次創作については原作に著作権がありますので必ずご相談ください

＊販売について＊
・NFTは転売することが可能です（所有権が渡ります）
・しかし複製して販売することはできません（著作権が作者にあるため）
・必ずガイドラインを参照し、それらに従ってください

＊リクエストの流れ＊
・お客様がプロフィールやリクエスト概要をよく読み、リクエストを送信します
・お客様が、支払いを実行（カートに入れて購入）します
・私が作品の制作を開始します
・制作完了後はご購入時にご記入いただいたメールアドレスへ作品をお送りいたしますので、必ずお間違いのないようメールアドレスをご記入ください。

＊返金システムについて＊
・無言で納品期限（3日）が過ぎた場合は、お客様が返金の実行を希望することが可能となります
こちらよりお客様の銀行口座へ返金いたします。

＊納品物の利用範囲＊
・保有者(お客様)はプロフィール画像への使用や個人鑑賞の範囲に限り使用できます
・作品はリクエストの本文に記載された内容で両者(私とお客様)が同意した範囲に限って利用できます
・作品には著作権と所有権があり、著作権は永久に私に残ります。所有権は転売するごとに移って行きます
